Today was our December FlexBlock period and we spent it going over our OOMIPPYEO (One of the Most Important Pieces of Paper You'll Ever Own) and creating 3D replicas of some of the shapes we'll be studying: rectangular prism, cone, pyramid, and cylinder. Some kids will need to finish these at home tonight and bring them in on Thursday (we won't see each other until then).
If you are wondering what this OOMIPPYEO is all about, you can download the PDFs of the front and the back. All Pre-Algebra students are expected to memorize the formulas on this sheet. More to come!
